Go to wherever you feel most rested, validated, and at peace with others, and recharge. Open doors to people who show you basic respect, and close doors gently but firmly on those who do not. Say “thank you for your ideas but I respectfully disagree” and deny haters a platform period. Babies come whenever you are financially, physically, and emotionally stable, and ready and willing to raise a human being to adulthood, and can safely carry the pregnancy. There is a continuum of gender and much of gender identity is socially arbitrary. Guys and girls and nonbinary pals enter consensual mutually loving bonds with whatever other adult they please. Love and pray better than CP and their divisive, reductive, exclusionary ilk ever could.
I feel like Thirteen is already a better person than some of her previous regenerations and she’s still learning who she is.
What I mean by “better person” should probably be explained. The doctor can customarily save the world two times over and he’s succeeded in his mission but then he doesn’t see the fault in treating his companion unfairly, consciously or unconsciously throwing them into danger, or not being concerned with their lives.
Thirteen is… a little different. From the beginning, she displayed so much kindness and empathy towards her companions. She went to Grace’s funeral, watched Ryan go up to the hill to ride his bike, asked about their lives and cared about their respective situations.
— maybe he doesn’t always mean to, but the Doctor could be rather careless about his companions lives and almost immediately wants to invite them to run away with him. Thirteen didn’t. She stayed. She cared. She listened.
In Rosa, she understood that this wasn’t a safe environment for Yaz and Ryan, and told them to sit it out, but they stayed because they wanted to. She asks if they’re okay and tells them to be careful.
— not the Doctor inadvertently coaxing them into a risky situation with little to no concern or like Ten not really being understanding of Martha’s concern about her race in the era they were in.
Even in this preview clip from the next episode, Thirteen keeps her promise to bring them home and literally doesn’t ask them to stay, even though she has clearly become attached to them and wants them to, and is so excited when Yaz invites her in for tea.
And this doesn’t take away from anything else. Thirteen is just as fierce and effective as the other doctors where it concerns saving the world and protecting people, but she’s just a lot nicer and more caring when it’s necessary to be.
(P.S. I don’t mean all of the previous regenerations are guilty of the faults I detail above, just some of them.)
Oh, I absolutely assert that Thirteen is morally superior to ALL previous Doctors, tbh. Unequivocally.

“Theta Sigma,” the Master greets the Doctor, with feigned propriety, and then he snatches her around the waist, and pulls her close, with a hungry grin.
He waits for her to reply.
And waits.
And waits.
And sips his cocoa.
And kisses her nose.
And waits.
“Yes, Hearts, so I gathered. Hi.”
Theta’s Grin widens at the kiss to her nose. “Hows the Hot chocolate?” She asked, one hand on his chest, the other around the back of his neck, so that she was more comfortable.
She would let him wait a little bit before she would return the kiss, Of course there was no way she would stop him from kissing her again, the sap, but thats what she loved about him.
“How are you? I myself have missed you.”
“Also, i maaaay have been to 1955 America while trying to get Yaz, Ryan and Graham back home… Wasn’t going to stay… buuuut… yeah, somethin’ made me…” She was clearly not telling the whole story.
“Excellent, fresh meat. Such a relief, I was becoming a bit bored. How many intellectually and socially backwards apes do I get to skin alive for mistreating you?”

So Ryan’s lines: “‘nice one Ryan!’ Thanks Ryan!’” Hit home a bit. And here’s why.
I’m not sure if this is why that line exists/why it was included or not but this is what I like to think: Ryan’s been struggling with dyspraxia all his life, and I think dealing with that can be super frustrating and downgrading sometimes. It’s the case with every disability, I think. And when you do accomplish something, it makes you extra proud of yourself. Like when I aced my first college math exam recently after dealing with a few learning disabilities throughout middle and high school. I was on cloud 9 for myself. And I think Ryan’s little comment to himself was a little vocalization of his inner mind when he succeeds at something. Because he’s proud of himself. Because there’s certainly times where he isn’t. And I think, for everyone, especially those with disabilities, can relate.
Also, maybe, just maybe, his nan used to be there to say that to him. And he knows that she’d want him to remind himself every once in a while.
