How is The Master naive? He’s a genius. Sure, maybe around a few mutuals he can be oblivious at times, but don’t you think that’s because he’s blinded by flusteredness? He’s a master manipulator. He knows how to read a scene almost perfectly; one can’t do that without a keen sense of awareness. and can find what makes someone tick almost upon first impressions. I’m not trying to be rude, I’m just honestly curious as to why you think he’s naive.
